Jet Polymer Recycling (JPR) not only buys and sells a variety of plastics, but also processes these commodities at our facility in North Alabama. JPR has invested our time and money into the processing, handling and storage of high quality plastic materials of virtually all kinds. Most of our customers include injection molders and other manufactures that produce plastic waste; however, we are able to cater to even the smallest of manufacturers, distributors or businesses. At our facility, we have the ability to sort, shred and regrind plastic material to the most demanding specifications of our customers. JPR takes pride in catering to all customer requirements. With our state-of-the-art equipment and facility, we are able to meet the myriad of our customer’s requests such as particle size specifications, contamination requirements or fast turn-around times. 
 JPR uses a series of high quality ferrous and non-ferrous metal detection processes that ensure the cleanest, highest quality regrind product available on the market today. Our customized regrind line features three separate detections chambers that virtually eliminate all forms of metal contaminate from the finished regrind product. |

In addition to our state-of-the-art metal detection process, we at JPR have invested in multiple grinders to ease not only the cleaning process, but to ensure that all of our customers regrind material is completely free of varying plastic contaminate. This ensures that the finished product consists only of the type material requested by the customer with no cross-product contamination. In addition to our multiple grinders, we clean our line with an ultra-high pressure air system and vacuum before a product changeover. This ensures ultimate cleanliness of the reground product.  Before the finished regrind product is packaged in the final shipping container, it enters through a series of cyclones and high quality filters that carry dust, fines and small contaminants away from the finished product line. This multi-step process ensures that the dust level is kept to an absolute minimum in the plant as well as at the shipping destination. |
